NOVIQ then hosts clients for stays ranging from a few nights, to several months at a time.
MASTER LEASE PRE-COMPLETION
NOVIQ pre-leases property to de-risk multifamily development projects.

We work with landlords prior to, during, and after construction to make sure the property will meet the client’s needs, in the most cost-efficient way possible.
PRE-LEASE FOR PURCHASE
NOVIQ helps source properties and syndicate deals with partners and investors.  We ensure and expedite the acquisition, refinance, and sale of property for our partners, while guaranteeing revenue.
